Job summary

Archway Management is seeking a Regional Food Service Director to oversee multiple facilities across Ohio, including Dayton and surrounding areas. You will provide leadership in operations, finances, HR and client relationships, guiding Food Service Directors and ensuring compliance with dietary standards.

The role requires multi-site dietary operations experience, the ability to travel within the region frequently, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Certified Dietary Manager is required.
• Multi-site dietary operations experience is required.
• Ability to travel within your region frequently is required.
• Minimum 2-5 years experience coordinating food service operations is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and apply all company and facility policies to ensure high quality service at the lowest possible cost.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements with dietitians where applicable.
• Develop and maintain client relationships by understanding clients' needs and expectations.
• Establish internal QA and assessment processes, including surveys and inspections.
• Participate in food service committees and attend events to showcase the company team approach.
• Plan and develop unit budgets; manage financial objectives and reports.
• Review financial results weekly/monthly and adjust to improve performance.
• Educate Food Service Directors on P&L processes and review month-end results.
• Support new business bids, rebids, and development of new programs.
• Renegotiate terms and manage transitions of new accounts.
