Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of dialysis facilities and programs within a defined area.
• Develop area strategic plans aligned with regional and company goals.
• Oversee staffing, hiring/firing decisions, and performance evaluations in collaboration with HR.
• Manage budgets, payroll, expenses, and accounts payable to meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies; drive quality and safety initiatives.
