Job summary
Fresenius Medical Care in Norfolk, VA seeks an experienced Clinical Manager to lead daily facility operations and ensure high-quality dialysis patient care. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and Nursing leadership to maintain continuous improvement and regulatory compliance while guiding staff and optimizing patient flow.
The role offers a clear path through the Clinical Leadership Program, with opportunities to advance to Area Team Lead or Director of Operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in clinical nursing.
- Additional 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
- Demonstrated leadership competencies and management skills.
- Ishihara Color Blind Test completed.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
- Collaborates with HR, Quality, Education, and Technical Services.
- Oversees Home Therapies Program with Program Manager.
- Maintains medical and operations records and audits as required.
- Responsible for ICD coding and regulatory surveys.
- Manages daily business operations including staff, care quality, and equipment.
- Oversees profit and loss and center budget adherence.
