Qualifications

• RN licensure with relevant clinical experience.
• Strong supervision, communication, and patient care skills.
• Ability to travel across assigned regions and adapt to varied clinical settings.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to dialysis care.
• Competence in documentation, lab specimen handling, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate tasks to dialysis technicians, ensuring safe and effective dialysis treatment.
• Provide patient education on renal disease, vascular access, and dialysis therapy.
• Conduct pre- and post-treatment assessments, document interventions, and evaluate patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to interpret lab results, adjust care plans, and coordinate treatment.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR, including physician orders, lab results, medications, and patient condition.
• Administer medications as prescribed, monitor patient response, and maintain operational efficiency.
