Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse - National to provide care and treatment to patients with chronic renal disease.

The RN will assist the Charge Nurse and supervise Patient Care Technicians, with potential reporting to regional leaders depending on region. The role encompasses growth, outcomes, and operational readiness, including medication administration, patient education, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations.
• Perform duties to meet patient care or operational needs as assigned.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician and document reviews.
• Support anemia management and protocol adherence.
• Educate patients and provide follow-up as needed.
