Satellite Healthcare / WellBound is seeking a Float Home Dialysis Registered Nurse to coordinate home modality services, train patients, provide follow-up care, and promote home treatments across centers. The Float Nurse remains licensed and supports staffing as needed.

Working under the Center Manager, you will assess patients, teach dialysis at home, manage medications, document thoroughly, and participate in on-call coverage and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Coordinates home dialysis training and follow-up care.
• Maintains licensure to work in multiple WellBound centers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and maintains patient care plans, with thorough documentation.
• Administers medications when ordered and monitors ESRD patients.
• Participates in on-call service and quality improvement initiatives.
