Qualifications

• State License and American Dietetic Association Registration and License (RD/LDN).
• CDCES certification or ability to obtain within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Diabetes Education Program activities across the Rio Grande Valley four-county service area.
• Oversee inventory, requisition of medical program supplies, medications, equipment.
• Supervise DEP staff and coordinate with Director on program planning and evaluation.
• Develop education material and outreach in collaboration with community partners.
