Based in NC, the position emphasizes annual campaigns, donor stewardship, and community outreach to broaden funding streams and support for housing, health care, and public benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet all essential job functions.
• Ability to work with low-income clients and diverse communities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in development or fundraising.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Experience with donor databases/CRM and data reporting.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of donors in Macon and Jackson counties.
• Develop annual donor strategies and multi-year plans.
• Coordinate face-to-face cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Track donor interactions and fundraising metrics.
• Represent PLS at community events and public speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with Grants and Community Outreach teams.
