Job summary

Prime Group Holdings is seeking a Development Manager to serve as the owner-side representative for self-storage projects and related renovations across the Northeast region. You will safeguard brand standards, budgets, and delivery requirements from design through turnover, reporting to the VP of Development & Delivery.

Responsibilities include design review, schedule development, coordination with operations and IT, and risk management across multiple active projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in construction management, real estate development, architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review design and construction documents for compliance with Prime Brand Standards and budgets.
• Coordinate design reviews and maintain logs; ensure unit mix aligns with Investment Committee-approved plans.
• Develop scopes, budgets, and schedules; solicit bids; coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, procurement, inspections, and turnover readiness.
• Prepare concise project and portfolio reporting on milestones, schedule variance, budget exposure, and risks.
