Job summary

CannonDesign seeks a Regional Design Director to lead creative excellence across a multi-office region in the United States. The role drives design quality, mentoring, and client-focused storytelling while collaborating with executive leadership to advance Living-Centered Design across the region.

You will partner with marketing to craft narratives, present region-wide design concepts, and ensure the region meets strategic goals and awards objectives.

Qualifications

• Evidence of design ability through a strong portfolio of built/unbuilt work.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate business strategy into regional design goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead design excellence across the region, coordinating with senior design leaders.
• Represent CannonDesign externally at regional events and through publications.
• Develop and execute a strategic regional growth plan with regional leadership.
• Mentor and develop senior regional design leaders and ensure high-performance teams.
• Collaborate with marketing/comms to communicate impact of design regionally.
