You will develop campaigns from ground up and guide day-to-day creative with copywriters, designers, and cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years of art direction, a strong portfolio, and expert use of Adobe Creative Suite. You’ll translate culture into bold, cohesive visuals while meeting tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of art direction or integrated creative experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to develop campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Co-create original concepts and integrated campaign ideas across channels.
• Collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to develop compelling storytelling.
• Design assets for social, digital, retail, and campaigns.
• Own visual development from concept to production.
• Translate cultural trends into brand-right visuals.
• Present work with clear rationale and attention to detail.
