Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required, sales/marketing or science preferred.
• 5-7 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience; 3+ years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Therapeutic Sales Specialists across the Gulf Coast region.
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with Brand strategies.
• Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Sales Training and HR to meet regional goals.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing sales talent.
