Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Immunology division seeks a Field Director to lead a regional Dermatology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team, driving scientific, clinical, and educational support for healthcare professionals.

You will translate Medical Affairs strategies into regional priorities, enhance clinical engagement, and ensure compliant, impactful scientific interactions while guiding lifecycle planning and evidence generation. Expect regional travel and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant health discipline (PharmD/PhD/MD preferred).
• 8+ years of industry experience with at least 2 years in MSL or similar roles.
• Regional travel about 60% of the time.
• Experience in immunology or dermatology is preferred.
• Prior leadership responsibility is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional Dermatology MSL team, coaching and performance management.
• Execute field programs, support product launches, and drive proactive initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights for evidence generation and lifecycle planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure compliant, impactful scientific interactions.
• Maintain and share scientific expertise across immunology-related diseases.
• Travel includes overnight and regional visits; participate in national meetings.
