Job summary

Celldex is seeking a Regional Medical Science Liaison Director, Immunology – East, to lead a high-performing team of MSLs across the Eastern United States. You will translate Medical Affairs strategy into regional action, ensure scientific exchange with KOLs, and drive evidence generation to support launch readiness.

Qualifications

Advanced scientific degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent).
10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech Medical Affairs.
5+ years leading and managing Field Medical/MSL teams.
Proven track record with KOLs, HCPs, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of MSLs across the East/West region.
Translate enterprise Medical Affairs strategy into actionable regional plans.
Drive high-quality scientific engagement with KOLs and academic centers.
Lead regional execution of medical initiatives, including congress strategy and advisory boards.
Drive launch readiness and regional strategy alignment.
