Job summary

American Dental Companies (ADC) is seeking a Regional Manager to lead 8–10 dental practices in the Phoenix metro and surrounding AZ markets. This field-based role requires travel, strategic oversight, and strong leadership to enhance profitability and patient care.

You will work closely with Owner Doctors and Office Managers to optimize schedules, analyze P&Ls, and drive EBITDA growth while maintaining high-integrity practice cultures across our AZ network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct multi-site or regional dental practice operations leadership.
• Experience managing practice-level P&Ls and budgets.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Phoenix metro and AZ markets.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software and reporting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across 8–10 partner practices in the Phoenix metro and surrounding AZ markets.
• Monitor KPIs including production, collections, profitability, patient retention, and treatment acceptance; drive EBITDA growth.
• Coach and develop Office Managers to improve accountability and reduce staff turnover.
• Build doctor-partner relationships and balance clinical autonomy with business performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvement plans across underperforming practices.
• Collaborate with Central Support departments (HR, Finance, Recruiting, Marketing, RCM) to resolve challenges.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/HIPAA and company standards.
