Job summary

American Dental Companies (ADC) is seeking a Regional Manager to lead 4–6 dental practices across FL and GA with expansion toward TX. You will drive growth, profitability, and leadership excellence in a field-based role, traveling frequently to ensure operational success.

You will partner with Owner Doctors and Office Managers to optimize schedules, monitor P&L, and drive revenue-cycle improvements. This role requires strong dental-operations experience and a proven ability to coach teams while

Qualifications

5+ years of direct multi-site or regional dental operations leadership (DSO or multi-practice group).
Proven ability to analyze P&Ls, budgets, and revenue cycle performance.
Willingness to travel by air with overnight stays ≥50% of the month.
Experience with enterprise dental software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across an initial portfolio of 4–6 practices in FL and GA with growth plans.
Analyze monthly P&Ls, production metrics, and EBITDA-driven targets.
Mentor Office Managers on operational standards and staffing efficiency.
Build doctor-partner relationships balancing clinical autonomy with business goals.
Conduct on-site audits and travel to practices to assess patient experience and billing.
Collaborate with Talent, HR, Finance, and RCM to resolve bottlenecks.
Provide financial forecasts and market analyses to executive leadership.
