Rodeo Dental is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to guide multiple office managers, drive regional performance, and align with the VP of Operations and Lead Doctor on strategic initiatives. This leader will set goals, create action plans, and oversee initiatives to grow regional volume, profit, and quality of care.

You will monitor financial metrics, patient experience, and staff development across Denver Metroplex and Greeley, ensuring compliance and maintaining Rodeo culture and core

Qualifications

• Deep dental domain expertise with 5+ years preferred.
• Experience supporting dental specialties across multiple offices.
• Ability to break down complex tasks into actionable steps.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record in managing budgets and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct office managers to achieve regional metrics.
• Oversee financial performance and budget adherence for the region.
• Drive patient experience improvements across offices.
• Ensure policy compliance (infection control, OSHA, HIPAA).
• Develop staff through training and performance coaching.
• Collaborate with VP of Operations and Lead Doctor on strategy.
• Foster Rodeo culture and core values across sites.
