Job summary

Rock Dental Brands in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area seeks a Regional Operations Manager (AM) to connect clinics with the Solutions Center and drive performance across practices. You will lead operational initiatives, develop Practice Managers, partner with doctors, analyze KPIs, and escalate issues to ensure clinics operate smoothly and patients receive high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit operations management experience (Dental, Orthodontic, or healthcare hospitality preferred).
• Proactive ownership with initiative in a regional role.
• Ability to analyze operational drivers and apply insights to improve processes.
• Strong communication and presence with staff and doctors.
• Willingness to travel 60–70% within the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: monitor clinic performance, staffing, morale, and risks; identify trends and drive resolution.
• Leadership Development: grow Practice Managers into capable operational leaders.
• Doctor Partnership: build trust with doctors and remove barriers to care.
