• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MHA preferred.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in multi-location healthcare, dental, or service industries.
• Proven ability to manage $60M+ in revenue with growth and operational excellence.
• Strong P&L management, financial acumen, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and drive KPIs such as revenue, patient volume, provider productivity, and cost control.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Lead and develop Practice Managers and regional teams, fostering accountability and excellence.
