Job summary

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is seeking a Regional Business Director to oversee operational, financial, and strategic performance across 4 to 6 practices, driving growth, efficiency, and patient satisfaction while maintaining clinical excellence.

Reporting to the COO, you will lead practice managers, manage budgets and revenue, and collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to optimize patient experience and brand across the Utah region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in multi-location healthcare or dental industries.
• Proven ability to manage $60M+ in revenue and drive growth.
• Experience leading regional teams and multi-site operations.
• Strong P&L management and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Nuvia Dental locations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in coordination with leadership.
• Develop regional growth strategies, including patient acquisition and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Lead Dentists to align business and clinical objectives.
• Lead Practice Managers and regional teams to foster accountability and excellence.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance and risk management.
