Job summary

LS Tractor USA, LLC is seeking a Business Manager for the Northeast Territory. The role oversees dealer networks across multiple states, driving market share, retail and wholesale sales, and promotional execution.

It requires extensive travel and home‑based work capability while coordinating with dealers and internal teams to meet sales objectives. Responsibilities include managing promotions, dealer training, inventory, and providing periodic market analysis to the regional leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; a four-year degree with emphasis on Agricultural management or similar major preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, distribution channel management, customer service or customer relations.
• Travel extensively within assigned territory (75%).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a home-based environment with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate computer skills; proficient in spreadsheets, email, and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Achieves Market Share Targets for assigned Dealer Territory and drives traffic to dealerships.
• Achieves Retail and Wholesale Sales Targets for assigned Dealer Territory.
• Communicates promotions to dealers and ensures dealer participation.
• Manages Dealer Inventory and provides dealer training and development.
• Provides market activity reports to Regional Manager as scheduled.
• Develops dealer relationships and recruits new dealers.
• Engages in team collaboration and communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
