Job summary

LS Tractor USA, LLC in Battleboro, NC, seeks a Business Manager to lead the Northeast Territory sales and dealer network. This field-based role requires traveling extensively to recruit, train, and support dealers while driving market share and revenue.

You will oversee promotions, co-op funding, inventory reviews, and dealer performance, reporting to the Regional Manager. The ideal candidate has at least five years in sales or channel management and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a four-year degree in Agricultural management is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, distribution channel management, or customer relations.
• Extensive travel within the territory (75%) and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieves market share targets for assigned Dealer Territory and communicates promotions to dealers.
• Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual retail sales targets for the territory.
• Manages dealer inventory and conducts regular inventory reviews.
• Develops dealer prospects and relationships; recruits and trains new dealers.
• Travel extensively to dealers and conduct productive sales calls and meetings.
• Provides dealer training and development; reports market activity and opportunities.
