Fluidstack is seeking a seasoned Security Lead to own physical security operations across its regional data centers. You will manage posture, incidents, and a multi-site guard program while partnering with operations and vendors.

You will lead security teams, develop standardized procedures, and work closely with executives on regional risk and security posture to protect critical infrastructure and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Own physical security across multiple sites or a region.
• Lead security teams and contract guard forces.
• Manage audits, regulatory obligations and regional risk.
• Standardize SOPs and post orders across sites.
• Ability brief executives on regional risk and security posture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical security operations across Fluidstack regions.
• Lead regional security team and contract guard force.
• Serve as senior security point for customer commitments during audits and site visits.
• Develop and implement standardized post orders, SOPs, access control, and incident response.
• Collaborate with operations, facilities, construction, and vendors to embed security in growth.
