You will define safety strategy for data center logistics operations, drive risk reduction, and serve as the single point of coordination between ACL and AWS DCHS. This role involves managing multiple concurrent risk programs and partnering with operations leaders and vendor organizations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end incident reporting lifecycle for ACL operations across DCHS regions, define safety KPIs such as injury rates and leading indicators, and build dashboards that drive data-informed decisions at regional and global levels.
• Manage the root cause and corrective action program for ACL incidents, identify patterns across investigations, and recommend corrective actions that address systemic causes rather than symptoms.
• Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements for ACL logistics activities — including rack deployment, liquid cooling delivery, and heavy equipment operations — and develop standardized handling guidance that scales globally with regional customization.
• Coordinate safety inspections at ACL operational sites, align protocols with DCHS standards, and design training programs that build safety capability across DCHS managers, operations leaders, and the ACL vendor workforce.
• Serve as the primary DCHS liaison to ACL, coordinating with regional teams across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific to ensure consistent safety standards while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders on resource priorities and continuous process improvement.
