Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Regional Safety Manager to define and own the safety risk program for ACL across global regions. You will lead incident reporting, root cause investigations, risk assessments, and training, partnering with DCHS and ACL leadership.

You will manage multiple risk programs, drive KPI dashboards, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent safety standards while scaling with AWS infrastructure growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of conducting workplace risk investigations experience.
• Experience in conducting workplace risk investigations.
• Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end incident reporting lifecycle for ACL operations across DCHS regions, define safety KPIs and dashboards.
• Manage root cause and corrective action programs for ACL incidents and identify patterns across investigations.
• Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements for ACL logistics activities and develop scalable guidance.
• Coordinate safety inspections and design training programs to build safety capability across teams and vendor workforce.
• Serve as the primary DCHS liaison to ACL and coordinate with regional teams across multiple regions.
