Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Regional Site Operations Director to lead and optimize operations for a major hyperscale data center program in Abilene, Texas. Internal employee to Insight Global reporting to Oracle and Insight Global stakeholders, this role serves as the senior onsite leader for workforce readiness, operations, compliance, and vendor oversight.

You will manage large technical teams across power, cooling, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure, ensuring safety and reliability

Qualifications

7+ years of leadership in mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.
Experience leading large teams responsible for 24x7 operations.
Hands-on with electrical, mechanical, cooling, and power systems in data centers.

Responsibilities

Lead workforce execution across a large-scale data center campus.
Drive accountability for attendance, coaching, performance management, and escalations.
Oversee onboarding, badging, training completion, and compliance for all site personnel.
Partner with site leadership to maintain a reliable, disciplined operating environment.
Ensure teams follow SOPs and safety standards.
Manage workforce readiness reporting, operational metrics, and executive updates.
Serve as escalation point for workforce challenges and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
Support rapid site growth, workforce expansion, and scaling initiatives.
