Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Data Center Logistics Manager to lead and optimize logistics for one or more data center sites in Texas. You will manage teams, set performance goals, and drive metrics to ensure service levels, safety, and operational excellence across complex infrastructure.

This role emphasizes accountability, strategic thinking, and relationship-building with internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with Infrastructure teams, own forecasting, and develop processes to scale

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics operations experience.
• 3+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams.
• 3+ years of partnering with cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years of project delivery experience.
• Experience analyzing and using metrics to identify improvements in employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee smooth daily operations and meet SLA expectations.
• Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promises.
• Build and execute productivity plans by reviewing forecasts and balancing labor.
• Partner with the management team to maintain quality control standards.
• Remove roadblocks and obstacles for major initiatives.
