Job summary

PORR Deutschland GmbH is expanding its data center activities in Germany and seeks a Regional Delivery Director to govern a growing portfolio of mission-critical construction programmes. You will lead strategy, governance and client interfaces while coordinating multiple projects and business units.

The role requires senior leadership across cross-disciplinary teams, knowledge of MEP systems, and experience with large multi-project portfolios in international settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or construction management.
• 10+ years in large-scale construction projects.
• 5+ years in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Knowledge of German construction law and governance procedures.
• Fluency in English; German language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Govern and steer a growing portfolio of data center construction programmes.
• Align safety, quality, schedule and cost across business units.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, commercial, and performance risks.
• Consolidate portfolio reporting on status, risk and commercial position.
• Interface with senior clients and coordinate internal resources for new projects.
• Contribute to resourcing, succession planning, and capability development.
