Qualifications

• 10+ years of public affairs or related experience.
• Experience communicating with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders.
• Experience with local and state policy processes.
• Grant, donation, and CSR planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Support community engagement strategy and initiatives in data center communities.
• Advocate for community interests across cross-functional partners to reflect engagement priorities in infrastructure planning.
• Lead a team of community engagement managers and provide direction and accountability.
• Develop strategies to raise Meta's profile in assigned data center communities.
• Build external relationships with stakeholders and elected officials and staff.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to align goals with local strategies.
• Monitor local community needs and report risks to leadership.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 75%).
