Job summary

The International Institute in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Data Admin & Analyst to ensure accurate database management, reporting, and quality control within a fast-paced social services setting. The role is funded through MO-ORA and supports staff with reliable information across systems.

This position emphasizes data integrity, reporting accuracy, and collaboration with program managers to improve outcomes and program evaluation. Strong SQL/DBA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics or information technology.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive related experience.
• Experience coding in SQL preferred.
• Experience as Database Administrator is highly desired.
• Experience with Bonterra Penelope, ClientTrack, and/or Salesforce is highly desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel including V lookups, pivot tables, and quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in research and implementation of best practices for quality assurance and program evaluation. Running and reviewing quality assurance reports on a monthly basis.
• Be the main point of contact/source of knowledge for two client management software systems. Provide training and troubleshooting to program staff on these platforms.
• Collect, organize, and deliver data relevant to ORR program participation to MO-ORA. The major deliverables will be due each April and November.
• Create monthly, quarterly and other periodic programmatic reports to enhance monitoring of programs, including ad hoc reports as needed.
• Track grant submissions, deadlines, and funder reporting requirements. Lead and synthesize results from various departments in satisfying those reports.
• Review issues needing attention with the appropriate program managers, and follow-up to ensure issues are addressed and resolved within a timely manner.
• Work closely with management staff to build evaluation tools for programs and communicate internal and external results.
• Maintain statistics on department performance and task load.
