Synack, a leader in Penetration Testing as a Service, seeks a Regional Sales Director to expand our NYC-area enterprise footprint. This remote role targets new logos, pipeline growth, and engagement from discovery to close with C-level stakeholders.

You will build relationships across security teams and with channel partners, delivering compelling proposals and statements of work while meeting ambitious quotas.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience selling SaaS cybersecurity solutions to enterprise companies.
• History demonstrating command of the full sales lifecycle with a hunter mentality.
• Ability to align stakeholders and communicate in executive conversations.
• Entrepreneurial approach to territory development and end-to-end deals.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand the business with emphasis on new logos.
• Prospect and nurture relationships in enterprise accounts.
• Lead discovery conversations and overcome objections with technical stakeholders.
• Create and deliver proposals, bids, and statements of work to C-level prospects.
