Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America is seeking a Senior Security & Compliance Analyst to join the DX Infrastructure and Security team in Northville, MI or Seymour, IN.

You will coordinate TISAX activities, support SOC audits, and serve as regional liaison for cybersecurity governance with Japan, affiliates, and business units. The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity, governance, risk or compliance, familiarity with TISAX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and strong communication skills to work with global teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
• One or more cybersecurity-related certifications preferred: Security+, SC-200, SC-300, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, TISAX training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support TISAX assessment, certification, and recertification activities; support SOC audits.
• Serve as regional coordinator for cybersecurity compliance initiatives and assessments.
• Support implementation and sustainment of cybersecurity policies, standards, and governance across global teams.
• Collaborate with affiliates to align with corporate cybersecurity requirements and governance expectations.
• Assist with internal and external cybersecurity audits, assessments, surveys, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and documentation related to cybersecurity compliance and program effectiveness.
