Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Regional Site Lead for CYBERCOM to oversee IW/SA services, develop training strategies for onsite teams, and coordinate across enterprise leaders to synchronize planning and execution of mission-focused initiatives.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, leadership experience in DoD, and 5+ years supporting SOF; travel up to 25% across the CONUS. Fort Meade-based, with global impact.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of leadership and management experience in support of the US DoD.
• Sensitive Activities Advisory experience in support of US SOF focused on Strategic Competition.
• 5+ years managing ACCM programs for US SOF.
• 7+ years supporting Joint SOF.
• Psychological Operations experience in the virtual space.
• Experience enabling rapid capability development.

Responsibilities

• Form the foundation for Information Warfare readiness.
• Ensure IW and SA Services and Solutions support USCENTCOM missions.
• Leverage people and processes to achieve economy of force in IW planning/execution.
• Serve as senior operations planning lead to manage growing interaction between sites.
• Develop innovative training strategies for the on-site team.
• Coordinate efforts with Apollo functional leaders and report to Functional Leadership.
• Lead Mission Synchronization Process working groups across enterprise task set.
• Integrate new information and lessons learned into playbooks and artifacts.
• Connect threat analysis and planning to modernization and innovation efforts.
• Develop modernization strategies guided by emerging tech and threat assessments.
• Establish cross-functional integration mechanisms for threat/tech signals.
• Coordinate with PM, Ops, Training, and IW groups for synergies.
• Assess outcomes and identify best practices to shape future ops.
• Plan and coordinate IW and SA tasks using planning expertise.
