Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior Cyber Network Operations Analyst to perform network analysis supporting cyber operations and develop data-driven insights. You will identify network paths, document analyses, and code under industry best practices while collaborating with mission partners.

The role emphasizes solving complex cyber problems and expanding knowledge through training and events accessible on the VORPAL program page. Strong TS/SCI with poly is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant technical discipline and substantial technical experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Network analysis skills.
• Strong Linux background.
• Familiarity with databases and how networking with databases works.
• Expertise in orchestration services/tools.
• Understanding of TCP/IP packet analysis using GUI and CLI tools.
• Ability to create logical network diagrams from incomplete data sources.
• Understanding of TCP/IP routing.
• Working knowledge of cyber operations.
• Ability to conduct network forensics and traffic characterization.
• Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to express complex ideas clearly in writing and speech.
• Knowledge of analytic tools (link analysis, data integration).
• Scripting (Python, Bash).
• Windows and Linux command line tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct network analysis to drive cyber operations, including network engineering analysis.
• Provide technical analysis support and identify potential network paths and overwatch.
• Solve cyber problems through operations, data-driven analytics and development.
• Identify and develop methodologies to advance operations.
• Document analysis and code per industry best practices.
• Leverage applications, scripting, proprietary tools, and databases for research.
• Partner with mission partners and conduct briefings.
