Sentar Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Center (ROC) Lead in Hawaii to provide operational leadership for cybersecurity defense activities across the region.

You will direct incident lifecycle management, mentor analysts, and lead training, with a focus on 24/7 readiness and inter-agency coordination. You will also oversee SOP development, evidence-based reporting, and continuous process improvement while ensuring compliance with DoD directives and CJCSM 6510.01B.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related field and 5+ years in SOC or cybersecurity.
• DoD 8570 IAT II and CNDSP Analyst certifications are required.
• Travel may be up to 10% of time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead incident response campaigns, ensuring tasks are assigned, vetted, documented, and closed per processes.
• Coordinate with reporting agencies and higher HQ for timely, accurate incident reporting and information sharing.
• Oversee QA reviews of validated incidents for CJCSM 6510.01B alignment and directives.
• Mentor ROC analysts and lead training programs to ensure readiness for 24/7 operations.
