Sentar seeks a Regional Operations Center (ROC) Lead in Hawaii to provide operational leadership for cybersecurity defense activities within the region. You will direct incident prioritization, coordination, and quality control while informing stakeholders.

You will serve as Training Lead for ROC personnel, developing curricula and leading tabletop exercises. The role focuses on end-to-end incident response campaigns, mentoring analysts, and maintaining 24/7 readiness across three ROCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field required.
• 4+ years leading incident response in SOC.
• DoD 8570 IAT II and CNDSP Analyst certs preferred.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead incident response campaigns, ensuring tasks are assigned, completed, documented, and closed per processes.
• Coordinate with reporting agencies and HQ for timely incident reporting and sharing.
• Oversee QA reviews of incidents to align with CJCSM 6510.01B directives.
• Mentor ROC analysts to improve triage efficiency and decision-making.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate training programs including tabletop exercises.
