Job summary

Sentar seeks a ROC Lead in Hawaii to provide operational leadership for cybersecurity defense activities across the region. You will direct incident prioritization, coordination, and quality control while guiding training and tabletop exercises to keep ROC personnel proficient.

You will oversee end-to-end incident response campaigns, mentor analysts, and sustain 24/7 operations across three regional centers. Travel Up to 10% and OT as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer/electrical/electronics engineering or math with a CS concentration, plus 5 years SOC experience or 8 years SOC.
• DoD 8570 IAT II and CNDSP OSCE certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate incident response campaigns, ensuring tasks are assigned, completed, vetted, documented and closed per processes.
• Coordinate with reporting agencies and higher headquarters to ensure timely, accurate incident reporting and information sharing.
• Provide structured mentorship and performance feedback to ROC analysts to improve triage, decision making and readiness.
• Oversee training and curriculum development, including tabletop exercises to enhance team readiness.
