Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a US/CA Customs Compliance Region Leader to manage and maintain the company’s customs compliance strategy for importers/exporters of record. You will work cross-functionally as a subject matter expert to implement enterprise standards and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, while enabling business operations.

The role requires leadership across regions, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive timelines, training, and continuous program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 9+ years of customs compliance experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence across a matrixed org.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own compliance with US and CA region customs and trade laws and regulations.
• Operationalize and maintain the enterprise customs compliance standard.
• Develop local standard work processes aligned with enterprise standards.
