Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a senior Customs Compliance Leader in the US/CA region to govern and enforce enterprise customs standards across importer/exporter activities. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive compliance programs, and oversee brokers and service providers while advising business units on risk and regulatory changes.

The role requires 9+ years in customs compliance, a Bachelor's degree, and a broker license or in-country equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9+ years of industry customs compliance experience with people leader experience.
• Licensed Customs Broker or in-country equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage compliance with US and CA region customs and trade laws.
• Operationalize enterprise standard requirements for customs compliance.
• Develop and maintain local standard work processes aligned with enterprise standards.
