Job summary

Empire Today is seeking an Area Customer Service Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for customers within their designated Area. This role handles escalated customer issues and performs essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will assist with calls, prepare daily reports, coordinate repairs, and work with the Area Customer Service Manager to resolve inquiries. Strong communication and organization are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer service calls and assist with inquiries.
• Review and monitor service requests and assign to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare daily prioritized reports and track SR progress.
• Coordinate repairs and schedule services with customers.
• Assist the Area Customer Service Manager with correspondence and documentation.
