Job summary

Fisher Investments in Washington State is hiring a GCM Custodian Analyst to act as the primary liaison for custodians and internal teams. You’ll deliver daily operational support, drive performance metrics, and lead improvement initiatives to enhance client experience.

The role requires 2+ years in relationship management, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

2+ years of relationship management experience, preferably B2B in financial services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional critical thinking, organizational and time management skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demanding flexibility and creativity.
Comfortable identifying complex operational challenges and coordinating between internal and external partners to resolve them.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned custodians and internal stakeholders, resolving complex requests and questions in an accurate and timely manner.
Be the subject matter expert on custodian operations and client needs.
Monitor custodian performance, track trends, concerns, requests, and highlight patterns that may signal risk, opportunity, or client dissatisfaction.
Lead calls with custodian managers to deliver feedback and ensure accountability to key performance metrics.
Identify and implement service enhancements to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
Support other GCM project and regional teams as needed.
