Job summary

Fisher Investments is seeking a GCM Custodian Analyst in Tampa, FL to serve as the primary business contact for custodians and internal teams. You will deliver daily operational support, monitor performance, and drive improvements to client service and efficiency.

You will partner with management to hold custodians accountable to metrics, contribute to initiatives, and lead projects that enhance client experience while supporting other regional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relationship management experience, preferably B2B in financial services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional critical thinking, organizational and time management skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and creativity.
• Able to coordinate between internal and external partners to resolve complex operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for custodians and internal stakeholders, resolving complex requests accurately and promptly.
• Be the subject matter expert on custodian operations and client needs.
• Monitor custodian performance, track trends and signals of risk or dissatisfaction.
• Lead calls with custodian managers to provide feedback and ensure accountability to KPIs.
• Identify and implement service enhancements to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Support other GCM project and regional teams as needed.
