Job summary

Live! Hospitality & Entertainment is seeking a Regional Culinary Chef to oversee culinary operations across multiple locations in a designated region. The role will standardize menus, ensure high-quality food preparation, and grow the regional culinary team.

The position involves travel to regional sites, development of new menus, and maintaining consistency across locations. The compensation range is 100–120k USD plus bonus, with opportunities for annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef or Senior Culinary Manager, preferably in a multi-location or regional capacity.
• Background or experience in fine dining.
• Exceptional culinary skills with a diverse dish portfolio.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AVP of Culinary on recipe R&D, including LTOs and new menu implementations.
• Standardize recipes and food presentation across all locations in the region.
• Maintain and update recipe databases.
• Support large private events and catering as needed.
• Create and manage BOH systems for locations in the region.
• Control food COGS within budget and BOH labor costs.
• Train and support culinary teams during openings and ongoing operations.
• Train BOH on sanitation and safety standards; ensure enforcement.
• Travel regularly to regional locations to train, mentor, and audit kitchens.
