Job summary

SkillLabs seeks a Regional – Credit – Construction Finance professional in the Delhi area to lead credit risk and underwriting for CF deals. You will drive portfolio quality, ensure policy adherence, and collaborate with operations on disbursal while meeting monthly and annual targets.

The role requires a Post Graduate/CA/ICWA/MBA and deep knowledge of builder markets, collateral norms, regulatory CF guidelines, and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate/CA/ICWA/MBA
• Not above 45 years
• Credit risk analysis for CF
• Sound knowledge of builder market and CF underwriting
• Escrow, audit and risk management for CF portfolio

Responsibilities

• Manage credit and risk functions for areas/locations assigned
• Process and underwrite CF deals per credit policy
• Maintain defined TATs for approval
• Facilitate business team to achieve monthly/annual targets
• Ensure adherence to credit policy and processes, TAT, PD and fraud risk management
• Provide inputs on credit policy and market feedback
• Maintain Portfolio Quality & collections, delinquency and NCL management
• Visit builder sites/client sites and report on project completion/sales velocity etc.
• Coordinate disbursal and PDD process with Operations
• Manage vendor TATs and visits and payments
• Hire credit resources per manpower budgeting and attrition management
• Ensure audit and regulatory compliance for location
• Coordinate training for credit/sales team
• MIS management/Audit for CF segment
• Complete adhoc projects as required
