Job summary

Illinois Network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (INCCRRA) seeks a Regional Council Manager to oversee Regional Office operations and support the Region's Action and Family Council. You will partner with Local Early Childhood Collaborations, ECEC providers, and the broader community to ensure access to high-quality ECEC services.

The role emphasizes understanding regional demographics, coordinating Regional Action and Family Councils, and applying collective impact and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in a leadership/management role in public or private sector.
• 4+ years in Early Childhood community systems development.
• Knowledge of diverse Early Childhood programs & ECEC services.
• Ability to train and provide technical assistance to providers.
• Experience serving diverse Illinois communities, incl. English Learners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee formation and day-to-day operations of Regional Offices and Councils.
• Lead and manage Regional Team.
• Develop regional workplan with goals and accountability measures.
• Oversee regional reports and data collection.
• Foster collaboration between regional and local partners.
