Responsibilities include budgeting, project execution, space planning, and occupancy-related activities. Regular site visits and on-call availability are required to ensure service excellence across the portfolio.

• Experience in facilities management, project management, vendor management, budgeting, and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations and oversee vendors/contractors.
• Lead work order management, preventive maintenance and project execution.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and capital/expense plans.
• Build relationships with line-of-business leaders, end users, and MOMs.
• Travel within territory and maintain on-site presence; be primary facilities contact.
