Responsibilities

• Manages physical properties in assigned region and influences performance to achieve lowest operating expense.
• Ensures code compliance, safety, and cost-effectiveness; manages vendors/contractors; prepares annual operating budget and capital/expense plans.
• Maintains relationships with end users, regional management, and MOMs; visits facilities as required.
• Implements facility strategic plans and executes churn processes for up to 10 people.
• Oversees projects up to $200k in value with budget, timeline, and minimal disruption.
