Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Regional Controller to lead the finance function for select remote locations. You will drive the monthly close, improve controls, and manage budgets and forecasts while delivering insightful financial analysis to guide management decisions.

The role requires accounting/finance expertise, leadership, and strong Excel skills, with CPA/MBA a plus. A competitive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA/MBA a plus.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or consulting.
• Proven leadership abilities and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with business Operations and finance leaders.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge; experience with Sage Intacct and ServiceTitan is a plus.
