The accounting leader will own the function for multiple operating companies, drive ERP implementation, and play a key role in integrations and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license a plus.
• Direct experience with enterprise-wide accounting software (Sage Intacct or Oracle NetSuite).
• Strong background in AP, AR, and accrual-based accounting (POC experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting function for assigned operating companies and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee AP and AR processing for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Manage project accounting including WIP, POC, revenue recognition, and job costing analyses.
• Analyze monthly results, investigate variances, and work with Operations leadership to improve profitability and forecast accuracy.
• Support cash forecasting, fixed asset accounting, and lease accounting.
