Job summary

Roof Technology Partners in Woodstock, GA is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our growing team. The role focuses on leading corporate accounting operations and an enterprise-wide ERP implementation, bringing 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will own the accounting function for assigned operating companies, oversee AP/AR, manage month-end close, and drive project accounting with WIP and POC.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Direct experience with enterprise-wide accounting software (Sage Intacct or Oracle NetSuite).
• Strong background in AP, AR, and accrual-based accounting; POC experience preferred.
• Ability to support budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Experience implementing or enhancing accounting systems.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth organization with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting function for assigned operating companies and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Oversee AP and AR processing for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and close activities.
• Manage project accounting, including WIP, POC, revenue recognition, and job cost analysis.
• Analyze monthly results and partner with Operations to improve profitability and forecast accuracy.
• Support cash forecasting, fixed asset accounting, lease accounting, and other corporate activities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff and cross-functional teams.
